You’ll be able to obtain, validate and process the time and resource used for each job as well as the items created. This module will also give you an overview of expected completion times for ‘in production’ jobs.

    This module is ideal for those manufacturing companies looking for general shop floor data collection without the heavy functionality associated with the standard Microsoft Dynamics AX Shop Floor modules (I, II, III).

    • Task lists by current jobs/all jobs for work centre/all jobs for work centre group.
    • Supports the look up of associated data to the productions operations, with all data accessible from a single screen.
    • Data capture supported via barcode scanning using fixed or Bluetooth devices, touch-screen technology and swipe card technology.
    • Register jobs by time and units for employee and machine.
    • Supports bundling of jobs – same employee can simultaneously work on several jobs.
    • Quantity feedback on production orders with use of multiple error causes, integrated picking list update and validation on quantities.
    • Supports stop/start bookings without the need for Microsoft Dynamics AX Production III module.

    The pre-requisite for Paperless production is Microsoft Dynamics AX Production II module.
